Fooling people with false claims and bad service

I ordered a automatic gas stove from snapdeal.comNow here is my experience which I got using snapdeal.comFirstly their service is too slow. I was given an assumed date of 24th October. I placed my order on 20th October. But I got the product on 1th November , after many complains.Their delivery service is pathetic.If I ignore the delivery part also , their can be some problem in the delivery hub also. So totally blaming them would be wrong.The product which I received was a wrong one , it was a manual and defective piece.I raised a refund request , they assured me after contacting the retailer they will refund me the money.It has been 10 days and no response from them so I again called them up.The staff spoke to me very rudely as if the fault was mine.Neither I got any refund nor any help from themThis is the worst e commerce website. Cheating people.Worst website.
