Over Priced than MRP and promoting with 50% Discnt

Overpricing the product and displaying 50% discount and upon contact advising to send the snaps of the product and its mrp tag. Already sent the snaps 3 time but ignoring emails and closing the ticket  #2280024  without resolving the issue.
