I just buy a smartphone from snapdeal.com
Samsung galaxy j3 because the phone is only available on snapdeal.
Its a good phone for normal usage so I order it and pay ful payment from my debit card.
They give me a date range that. the parcel wil be at yr place before that date bt.
They chooses the courior facility of indian post.
It results that the parcel not shipped on that date.
The parcel go back to snapdeal and they said that the parcel is on the way. And they give me a another date range.
- But again there is no delivery for that.
After that I got frustrated from all this and I cancelled the order.
And then after 6-7 days my payment was refunded.
So I got a bad experience with snapdeal.com
