I also have a bad experience with SNAPDEAL. They had the product, however they preferred to refund. Now if I have to buy the same product I have to pay more same discount is not passed to me.
Earlier the same product was available on multiple sites, but slightly at higher cost. Now it is not available at other site and here I have to pay more.
After sales support is very bad.
