I really made a mistake of not going through these reviews on Mouthshut before making a purchase on Snapdeal. Going through the reviews, one thing is evident that 8 out of 10 reviews are against Snapdeal. These reviews are true because they all are quoted with the Order nos , AWB nos etc.
So snapdeal, time is running out for you and better make some drastic changes in your Customer care & support so that atleast some of your existing customers who doesnt know your practices stick with you. Otherwise, it ll be curtains to you. I myself wont purchase from you anymore.
