On Friday 8th May 2015 I have ordered a carom board from sanpdeal(Order ID: 6180444536) for Rs.1998/-.I paid via Credit Card.  I received the consignment on 15/05/2015 and found bulged at centre and damages on surface. They took it back, and informed me will replace with a new one. On 16/05/2015 they said they are unable to replace it so they will refund the money back.


Despite my multiple request for pay back to credit card they moved money to SD Cash on 18/05/2015. I raised a complaint and on 19/05/2015 for getting my money back in Credit Card account. Then they started asking for Bank Account Details. Still I don’t understand why they cannot transfer back money to credit card account? Why they need my bank account details.I requested then to transfer funds to Credit card not to bank account. They said within 4 Days you will get your money in Credit Card Account. Nothing happened in 4 days . Then I decided to use this money to order a different Item.


On 23/05/2015 I have ordered(Order ID: 6425765215) for Morphy Richards HB CD SS Hand Blender Steel Black for Rs. 3235/-. I got the consignment on 27/05/2015. This time I got only accessories, Hand Blender was missing. Complaint registered and they took the item back on 30/05/2015, promising replace the Item with a new one.  The new replacement  Item Delivered on 4th June, without accessories and only the top part of Hand Blender. Again register a complaint, this time I opted pay back thru Credit card.


They took the Item back on 8th June 2015 and I got a message again the amount Transfered to SD Cash. I register a complaint stating I don’t want any more try with snapdeal so kindly pay back to credit card. Same procedure again they start asking for bank details. This time I gave my Bank details and on 11th June 2015 I got a mail stating that your amount will be credited in bank within 4 Days. From 16 Onwards every day either I write a email or a call them on 092126 92126 for my refund. Every day I get strange excuses. Sometimes technical Fault, Sometime Amount might have transferred  to a wrong a/c . And every day I get a confirmation that before End Of Day, you will get your money back. Till date I haven’t received my money back.


I write all these things for your precautions. As long as you get the right item, you are ok, once the chain is broken then you had it. Trust pay and all are useless. Trust pay is only to snap your money not to protect your money. Pls forward to as much as people you can.
