Not yet got my refund back

I have returned my order within 2days as per policy n asked for my money back.it’s been 1 month now n I didn’t got my refund back.I mailed many times but only one reply I got saying it will take 1 week . I waited but still no reply n didn’t get the refund back.it seems u guys dnt value customers as I can’t let go my money.need it asap.very poor
