Let me list the care Star Helath people have taken in processing my claim:
Few days aftewr filing the bills in original, they lost an important certificate. I had to send a copy of the same.
Two DDs arrived after two and half months, both with spelling mistakes in my name.
The DDs were sent back, and after 10 days one DD arrived. SECOND time AGAIN the name had spell mistakes in the DD.
Do not know anything about the other DD.
These things have made some serious questions haunting in my mind:
The Start health insurance people involved in processing are illiterates?
Why does it take so long time in processing?
Are they so careless to miss the important documents? What if I hadnt kept copies?
Though it is mentioned in the policy document that the time taken will be 25 days, why has it taken more than 2 months and still not settled?
As per me, The basic necessity of the insurance is to meet the urgent financial needs for treatment. Does this Star health insurance company have any different meaning to health insurance?
