I know people who have very less technical knowledge. They neither have done any significant work in their career nor have they intention of doing so. After giving hundreds of interviews in last 2 years and not able to get through anywhere, they were able to crack statestreet interview. It not only shows for the technical depth in the current employees of the org but also shows the kind of employee strength they are building for the future. I wont recommend this company in Bangalore for any of the serious folks.
