Started my journey in vizag NAD in SVR volvo A/C to hyd kukatpally. at 8.15 pm. By the time bus arrived it 9.00 Pm(my be due to traffic).as NAD is the last bus stop I we can get out of the city by 9.30( in worst senario). but by 10 also we are still in the city. I dont understand what’s the prob with this driver and conductor. thy stopped near every possible person and collect the customers( vacant seats) when we asked them thy said joining tickects. after that they started to fill the tank. I never knew it would take 1 hour to fill .at last after all the seats are filled of course with some drunken heads(not pre booked customers.) we started our journey. we reached HYD at 6.30 Am. Then finally conductor announced that there wont be stop at kukatpally . So we need to get down at miyapur.
I informed them that my travel agency promised me there would be stop at kukatpally. but he said "go and ask ur agency only". there were almost 20 people in the bus who need to get down at kukatpally.SVR TRAVELS is least worried about the customers. the only thing they are interested is there money and there comfortable stops. By the time I reached my home its 10 AM .HO god please save SVR customers.
High lits: TV wont be working, They never come in time, they never drop u at your stop, they turn of the AC frequently, We can have drunken heads next to your seat., FINALLY thy say they are one of the leading travels.
