HI Friends, I was using regular cable connections from last 15 years. But after changing the place from mumbai to pune I have took TATA Sky connection and it was too great till the date. I m a techy guy, so can request TATA Sky team to work on their online portal so that we can customise or also recharge our TATA sky self.
Same day installation & even movement request from one place to another service is smooth. No charges at all. Good going, but please work on your customer experience comments.
