So I have been using tatasky DTH service from years and I have no big complains with it but sometimes there is automatic signal loss and when we call the customer service the employee tells us to master reset and after that the connection is again established but why this happens most of the time.
Even the customer service is not upto the mark few month's ago we had a problem and we called on the help line number the person on the other side told us to wait and kept us on hold and after few minutes cancelled the call without giving any solution that was really frustrating for us and on my tatasky even after paying for aajtak news channel I was not able to view it for like weeks and even Sony six is not working and tatasky removed Sony espn without any announcement you must treat your customers properly.
