My TATA Sky connection got disconnected due to problem in digicomp. I tried so many time to contact on helpline number but all the time they kept me on hold for long time. Then I send a query from my registered TATA Sky account.(My registration no. 1012927362).
And got an sms that WO No. 1-8308057059 is scheduled on 18-11-2010 at 18.00 hrs. But nobody has came. Later when I contact them.
They said that our service team will visited on 20-11-010 at 12.30 hrs. and this due to shortage of digicomp i.e total 5 days they will take to solve the problem.I am also not sure whether they will come on 20-11-2010 or not.
