No taxi even after confirmed booking!

I am highly dissatisfied with taxi service by TAXICO.


I booked your services 1.5 months in advance, still there was no taxi available at Delhi Airport on 8th Feb 2014.

I tried calling driver and he informed me that he has no information about my pick-up. I tried calling Taxico customer care and they told that there is no taxi available due to some problem. Later on they stopped picking-up phone. I don’t care what has happened, but my family suffered 3 hrs in cold after a long international journey. Finally I received a unfit taxi, which has broken windscreen, no music system, driver was feeling sleepy, Non AC.


Till now nobody felt sorry. They are really shameless.
