Its pathetic!Never ever do taxfiling from this website.I’ve send 7 mails requesting them to add form16 which was not uploaded initially. No response from them . Pathetic sadistic worst ever service.
Please look for other options .They just charge a lot with no response.
Their website looks colorful if you actually see there are hardly any options. To write a review there is no option where I could convey my discrepancy or to upload a form 16 which was missed initially.
No chat support, No mail support, no call support.Nothing works.! What will the customer do now?
