Well, As everyone else, even I was happy to get a new car and the first thing I did was to order for these team-bhp stickers. All seemed good until I payed the money. But after 10 Days(yes believe it, it took me 15 days ie 10 working days to get my courier) when I got my Courier, I was literally shocked to find that only 8 out of 13 stickers were sent to me. Not sure what to do, I shot a mail to their customer care. They replied after 2-3 days saying that they will send me the missing lot again. I was really happy and thought that mistakes do happen, so had no issues.
I got the second lot immediately in 2 days. Found out again that few stickers were missing in that. Slightly irritated, I shot a mail again asking me to send the remaining ones. Then started the real pain.
They did not bother to reply. After repeated mail, they said, they have sent me all the stickers and nothing can be done. What CRAP. I paid 253/- for those lousy 13 stickers and I had to beg them for sending me the whole batch and I dont get any response. I am not able to call them, nor mail any one else except the customer care id for which they dont reply. First they show arrogance. Now they show that they dont have any integrity. Dont fall for it guys. BEWARE
