Very rough and pathetic experience. Total mismanagement at all levels. They are not transparent and definitely don’t know anything about planning.
Since their packages are outsourced, it’s better to plan the trip ourselves as they have huge margins booked for themselves. Once you’ve deposited the money, you are never going to hear back from them. They took almost 1.5 lakhs for a 6 days stupid vacation to Andamans for 2 adults. There were zero activities included in the package and flights had to be booked on top of this. Extremely greedy platform.
The itinerary was so poorly planned that we had to pay extra and modify it on our own.
P.S. - Most of the good reviews are posted by their employees. Wish I had known this earlier.
