Ive purchased a tikona Wi-bro Connection in the month of Aug-13 and Ive requested them to Disconnect the service due to frequent disconnection of network for last 2 months. Height: No Technician visited for rectifying the problem each time I Called up there customer Care Each time Fake Answers and Concurrent Replies from Every Employee.
Now when request for Disconnection was given on 17-11-2013 the connection was disconnected on 09-12-2013 for which I Was not responsible and then also I was made to Pay Rs.2642/- for no good reason stating the connection was active.
Worst and Pathetic Services from Tikona.
I Would better suggest people not to go for this service provider better pay to a brand like Tata/Reliance, where at least we have a scope of better customer service than Tikona.
