Horrible. If anyone has excess money please donate it , take a three wheeler to your destination but don’t book a flight with this frauds. First they give u lowest fares and once you do the financial transaction they will come back within few minutes confirming that your booking has been cancelled. Now the real struggle for getting refund starts. They work like government bodies. No one is answerable . U call up customer care and the executive would bang the phone down that time limit to speak to a customer is 2 mins so he can’t speak further. Bye bye... Connected again to speak to some body senior and was confirmed that will get a call within half an hour and it’s agea now I have been waiting for that call... Pathetic experience.. please go for clear trip or Make my trip with 2-3 hundred experience instead of going for Travolook...
