I had gone to this store[Univercell - Annanagar] a few years back, it looked like a market there, I steeped out.
Recently I went back there again [they say once bitten twice shy...well blame it on short Indian memory]. I went to buy a new mobile and picked up an LG, the people there had no time to explain the features and they themselves didnt know anything about it, once they made the sale, they were in a hurry to close the deal. I went back twice to get help and some accessories, they didn’t have the time or the stuff.
Why do companies bring out products without good technical support, by the way I sent an SMS to LG customer service, its five days, I am yet to get a call.
So much for my choice...should have stuck to good old NOKIA
