Totally unprofessional, time and money waste. The professional who visited my place was rude like hell. He doesn’t even close my device properly, after the service I had the same issue again, he promised 3 months warranty but device stopped working after a month and then he didn’t pick my call. When I raised the issue with support team, the service guy who charged me almost double for the service demanded to pay more as the issue is in a different component now. That was totally a fake reply as I got it checked with another specialist and he confirmed the drive was not even repaired properly but the last guy also didn’t even close my device after he completed the service. It’s been many days I am sitting with the same issue with my device and Urban Clap don’t even have a direct support number to speak or escalate the issue. Totally mental harassment and money wasted.
