Hi I am going to talk about this product’vestar 2 ton 5 star VASUA235QDH split Ac’ very long name but working capacity is not so much long. I have been bought this product from our market for my cousin. Then I thought that this ac should work long as much as it can, but now I see that mistake have been done by both me and my neighbour.
Service is not good enough. It creates too much hazard and not working sometimes. It does not contain any support also increases the amount of electricity bill.
For cooling system it takes too much time for cooling a room. Some times heat creates. And its sound looks like a generator is been working, creates sound pollution and I don’t sleep freshly.
It is not reliable for me because of sound, cooling problem, bill of electricity etc. And I am not satisfied with it because it also heavy than other ac.
A clear recommendation from me that who will buy this ac, they should be wasting their money, because I am suffering badly now to purchase this ac
