I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with several aspects of the schools functioning, particularly in relation to the quality of education, lack of communication, and fee transparency. Based on our experience, it is difficult to justify the fees being charged due to the following reasons:
1. Instability in Teaching Staff
There has been a concerning lack of stability among the teaching staff. Teachers were frequently transferred or left the school mid-session, which disrupted the academic continuity and affected the childrens learning experience.
2. Lack of Focus on Child Development
There appears to be minimal attention given to the overall growth and developmental needs of the students. Educational and emotional support systems seem insufficient or poorly implemented.
3. Discouraging Learning Environment
Students are reportedly discouraged from asking questions in class. Despite raising this issue with the school coordinator, no visible improvement or corrective action has been observed.
4. Lack of Transparency in Fee-Related Matters
After deciding to shift our child to another school due to the lack of improvement, we were informed that the refund of the caution money would be delayed. Initially, we were told to expect it by the first week of May, but it is now postponed to June, citing an internal process that was never previously communicated. Moreover, there has been no proactive communication or courtesy updates from the school regarding this delay.
5. Infrastructure and Facility Concerns
Children are required to climb up to the third or fourth floor due to limited elevator access.
Washroom facilities are inadequate and not fully equipped.
Air conditioning units are poorly maintained; fans are noisy and students are simply asked to adjust.
