Worst experience ever they gave me the wrong bag and then wouldnt come pick it up for an exchange of the correct bag and werent willing to provide an exchange at all. They also wouldnt refund my amount in the same way as payment and after providing all my bank details also tortured me for refunding my amount as they wanted a passbook photo as per their company policy while I was in another state wasnt able to provide it for a few months & just wouldnt reply me back on mails or refund my money even after providing their bank details. They have the worst custome care services through vip bags where they are just not interested in genuinely coming up with a solution & they talk with a terrible attitude, especially a guy named praveen was just being mean that if u want a refund u have to send things exactly as per our company policy. It doesnt matter if youve provided the bank details and everything else. So yes just very sad and disappointed and want to never ever purchase anything through such a brand where u would assume its a big brand so its a trustworthy brand. They wont transfer money also unless its a bank account with my name so Im just beyond disappointed.
