We three families booked on Vista Rooms, a villa in Bhimtal, for 7 nights and 8 days. Almost 1.4 Lac spent.
Even when requesting them to cancel/postpone prior to 15 days of starting our vacation, they do not do it.
When told them the real reason, they only give a validity voucher for the peak Winter dates in the same property, when no one would want to travel to Bhimtal.
Always go for good brands like Expedia, AirBnB who have lovely customer service. Not for these new players. After all customer service is what matters.
