I Happened to order a Bookshelf through their website, upon my arrival from overseas on 22 nd May, immaterial of the good relations, I had with their opponents Wake fit( Through which I bought several products on time at good prices, comparatively cheaper than this wooden street), with a promise that they will deliver the product within stipulated 5 weeks .
My bitter experience started right from the booking and payment through their website .After payment, the site went blank and no receipt or any acknowledgement came .I got a debit note( for Rs 8, 339.00 with reference no 302001 dated 22nd May, 2021), from my bank, which was forwarded to wooden street. They acknowledged the receipt and confirmed the order verbally.
Later, whenever I called to follow up, their online report said to use a ticket no, which I could not, as I did not registered with them( I don’t wanted to).Finally after hectic approach, and when finally decided to approach consumer court, the call came from their office, with a promise that, they will deliver within three days( that was on 2nd July) .Those three days never came, till today, at the timing of typing this review .Hence no other way, except for me to advice my lawyers to work upon, today.
My sincere advice is, please order anything with other vendors, and not through this wooden street.
You all need to beg, wooden street, after payment, where as other sites usually do this on COD, which gives you peace of mind .Think twice -when you see the symbols -Wooden street
