I recharged Rs.1000 for my sun direct DTH connection on 14th June, Till now no credit in my sun direct account and no refund in spite of following up with them.
And by the way they don’t have any email or phone on which you can reach for resolution. Only one form opens up when you click dispute, to which you don’t get any reply back.
They s*ck, never use them.
Background - After reading other reviews on mouth shut I am convinced those guys seem to be making a fast buck. Else they would have ethics to give back user money. I think they are not able to sustain their buz model and may close down soon.(Or try for VC)
