I was using rechargeitnow for multiple recharges but now a says it has gone completely pathetic none of the recharges are happening. Today I have tried with 3 options to recharge dishtv but all failed and they are very good to take money from account for another 2-10 days without automatic refund for failed transactions. I would request all customers/users to avoid using rechargeitnow permanently. Let them close the unethical business .
We have to write always to get the refund and wait for their comfortable time. At no point of time they came back with an email or call to us saying that that transaction failed or success. Really pathetic site. I am dropping using the site from today.
In their contact us form there is space to provide mobile/subscription ID - if U provide subscription ID there that will not accept !! poorly configured site and support. No phone number to call customer care. I am going to take Legal action against them - this post is to make aware other poor customers dnt be pray of rechargeitnow.
