In Relaince digital , the marketing team brainwashed me by positioning there own product.
Price feedback:
Brought for 34000 rs with promise of inclusive of installation charges.
Delivery feedback:
Delivered Next date of purchase , even with in same city.
Installation feedback :
Installation done after 4 days at " Midnight"
You all will shocked... This is done for me by this Relaince third part workers.
Started at 08:30 pm till 12:15 am midnight.
I did follow up with them 7-9 phones calls.
Again they taken 1000 rs from me , by telling that we came at "night time".
I told them I don’t care its part of the total cost.
But they taken from me.
They disppointed me that, my house is too old one and not for this A/C while doing Drilling in the wall.
Product feedback:
First 1 year is good.
Second year, 7 month.
Below Issues I faced.
1) Water leakage inside the room
2) Cooling is totally down
3) Swing (both horizontal and vertical)is hanged.
Conclusion, please go Customer trusted brands.

6) O General
7) Mitsubishi.
Other than this Brand , please don’t choose anything.
The Relaince marketing team mind set is , if they the seller sell a product to the buyer.
Then after 3 days if you go ask any query they will say "WHO ARE YOU" this is mind set.
Go to TATA products, Tata is better than Relaince.
