I bought Reconnect TVs 55 inches from Reliance Digital. TV remote control is not working well. just in 1 month v changed 3 remotes from reliance stores. this is a big problem as we cant change channels for two days. Service and support we get from reliance store is very poor the only thing they r doing is changing the brand new remote with used one(from there store - this remote is working well) and saying we will find the permanent solution for your problem very polity.
All new remotes are waste.
