This water heater is very in terms of all the things that it does. It is very low efficient as it takes too much time and power to heat water. It is not even having the custom manual or modes for heating water according to need, It does not have the proper fitting mechanism as it is shaking on the walls of my washroom. It is not handy at all as it is not having my multiple pipe system. The biggest problem is its power consumption. It cost too much on electricity bill. Talking about the design and style of this water heater, it looks like an old fashioned water heater that were used in the old days. Service and support of the company is also very poor because I have to pay for installing this heater(i think those who come to install this are newbie because it it still shaking and it is not fitted well.
