I have purchased a Red Tape shoes of 2195/-. Within a period of 8-10 month from the date ofpurchase the threads started getting open.
Then again within 12-13 months from the date ofpurchased the threads of elastics started getting open due to which, the wholeelastic of the shoes started coming out and it was very uncomfortable for me towear it. I spend around 500 bugs for getting it repair.
Now its around 2 years in which the **sole of theone shoe has got tear.
*I had used it only for office purpose then got this type of mistak in my shoes. I have another brand shoes and I used it for around 8 years and still theyare in the same condition.
So *I am very much disappointed with this Red Tape shoes:(
After all that I contacted with the people from Marketing team of Mirza International Limited Delhi and they answered*
"Our shoes carry a warranty of six months whereas it is already 2 years since the time you have been using the same, hence we would not be able to do anything in this issue and this is a normal wear & tear of the shoe which has happened."
So reckless answer from Mirza International Limited Delhi team. I am notexpected such type of answer from the company.
So I suggest you all not to use this brand.
