Seat vacancies not updated properly

I use to book all my bus tickets using redbus mobile app only. But I am facing a major issues while booking a ticket .


i.e., during booking because of poor network signal or some server issues if the payment process has stopped , then our desired or selected seat shows as occupied while trying in second time.


In that time we are feeling very worse to select another seat beacuse no more seats were for female section.


I faced this issues many times while booking bus ticket through this app.


So this app to be upgraded to remove this error and also to avoid unneccessary trouble in travel planning .
