I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Kolhapur and accidentally booked for a wrong date. Red bus allowed me to change the date at a cost. Five days before my travel my plans changed and I wanted to cancel the ticket. Red bus didn’t allow me to do that just because the date was changed once. I have lost 2000 rupees and they are not ready to co-operate just in the name of company policy. I ask if this company is being run by humans or bots? Who in the travel industry doesn’t let you cancel any booking ( when I’m ready to bear the cancellation charges)? Their simple reply was no refund is possible. I requested them to refund me part of my money in form of redbus credits.. they are even not ready to do that. Very bad customer support. Arrogant leadership and they do not deserve to be in the travel industry.
