Once I tried Redbus service for book my trip from Delhi to Rudrapur, uttarakhand. I booked my ticket two day before when I supposed to go. I informed to get on the board by 11.00 pm from Anand vihar bus terminal . When reached there I din’t get bus there. I contacted the bus operator, but no body picked up the phone . After a long time when I tried again and again, they picked up the phone and asked me reach at vaishali bus stop. I reached there, there I found the bus, but all the seats was full.
They offer me back seat, I told him that I booked my seats 2 days before, so I should get front seats, which was quite comfortable. But they told me there is only those seats available which on back of the bus and "I want to go,
I have to take that seat. so finally I take that seat which was not comfortable. thus also started late around 12.00
Bus was in very bad condition, I try to complaint at Red bus site but "i did’n get any response from there. I do not recommend any body to use that service.
