I have made 2 booking so far on this app. I have got few offers too and some cashback. The first booking was good. The app provided proper details of time, price, pickup and drop locations. I even got a call from the bus operator an hour before the journey time and he gave me further details. The second booking wasn’t so good. I did not get any information about the bus number and whether it is on time or not. I had to call the concerned person at least 3 times to find out. No message or notification from the app too regarding any details. Finally 10 mins before the journey time I was informed.
