But when I got into the said bus, I got to know that the bus will be going to aurangabad only and not to jalna. And I was given the last row seats. We had to bear the jerks due to last seat. And all of us couldn’t sleep only. This was because of REDBUS only. When I spoke to the bus guy, he told me that they had informed REDBUS to inform the customer, but REDBUS didn’t. When I tried to contact REDBUS, nobody replied.PATHETIC.ZERO or may be MINUS STARS.
