I was booked on a trip from Pune to Aurangabad in May 2012 @ 4 o’clock , I was travelling from London via Pune, they charged me 1200/- for that trip, I didn’t mind as I was jet lagged and very tired, I reached Sangamwadi to catch my bus with all my luggage but there was no bus in sight there, waited for two hours in that hot , dusty place , tried calling the Red bus office but they only said wait and they will get back to me.
Afterwards they took us to Chandan nagar by some filthy, bed bug ridden bus to catch the original bus and that was not the end of my horror trip, it was a sleeper bus and I was sharing a bed with a stranger, I couldn’t sleep or even sit on that bus, the driver a very decent chap was very sympathetic towards me and made me sit with him in the cabin and advised me never to book by redbus as they charge 4 times the price, I was surprised when I heard that the actual price was 350 for that bus trip, what kind of business are the entreprenuers from BITS Pilani running, shame on them.
