I booked ticket to Delhi and bus is cancelled from operator and that too I called the bus operator after that I called to red bus they said we dont have control on that, you are running a big company you should have clauses with operator thats how a brand works, and after that they promised to refund my amount after huge call charges as they dont have toll free number but there is no refund happened again I called up they said they initiated but they dont know why its not transferred are you guys so? every time they said within 24 hours.this is service pls dont go for REDBUS.
