Redbus is known for booking bus tickets exclusively unlike other websites. But when a bus service is cancelled by their bus operator, they have no clue why they cancelled it. Also they don’t have any contact number to contact their bus operator in times of need. So their customer care service is just of waste of time as they always give false commitments. When ever you ask for some help, they would just request to wait for an hour and believe you would never receive a call back from them. All the details mentioned about a bus is wrong most of the times and redbus don’t have any control over their operators in this regard. Please don’t book tickets in redbus if you are weak hearted. Totally hated this experience from redbus.
