Hello my friends I would like to tell you red bus is the top service provider in term of providing services with different diffrent bus oprators but sometimes is provides a bad service, from my personal experiance the red bus is providing some cheap bus with a coupon but that bus are fake before the journey the was cancelled, I had experiance this kind of problem with the red bus at the time of diwali a booked a ticket from red bus and the cost of ticket which I purchased is rs 700 but 15 days before I got the message from the red bus that the bus you have booked has been canceled due to some reason and when I demand to shift me second or another bus of same operator they refused to give me the service and told about his terms and condition and I suffered a lot from that, so that was my first experiance with the red bus.
