If you call up and book a bus ticket, you can negotiate and during slack season one can get a very good deal. The agent numbers these days are easily available online or via justdial.
If you book through phone, you can even cancel the same without any cancellation charges.
The cancellation charges of redbus is 1000/- which is way too high and unrealistic. The operators have no process to refund payments. And so redbus cancellation is so costly.
So it is better to book a bus ticket over phone or by going to the counter.
