I must say I did liked the initial service of rebus, when I wanted to book a ticket, which I did easily and got an eticket print out as well However, when I wanted to cancel the ticket, it said I would be charged 15% instead of 10% which the website had mentioned.
THE WORST PART is, I wouldnt get a refund back into my account. Instead, I got a stupid cash coupon number, for the amount, which I HAVE to redeem in the next 6 months, or its invalid. What if I dont need to travel in the next 6 months?
