It was my first and last time bad experience from Redbus. I will never gonna travel again through this.
I had a horrible experience with redbus. I called redbus, spoke to some lady executive and cancelled my ticket, she said that half of the amount will be debited and she is going to send a mail to my e-mail id.but it never happened, my debit card statement shows no refund amount.
Redbus people are not ready to take the responsibility. I don’t know whom to contact now.
i won’t recommend to anyone.
