I travelled from kanpur to delhi.
I booked it by mistake as there’s one more agency by the same name which is far more better than kalpana 7. Here are the issues that I had travelling with them :
The bus started 30 Mins late.
They stopped and wasted an hour more to pick up passengers to fill the empty seats.
Even after that they were looking for more to give them the walking space to sleep.
The lower sleeper seats didn’t had any support so if it takes a sharp turn you’ll be on floor. Whereas the sleeper seat above had full glass slidings.
Didn’t received any notification/message or mail telling bus number or any details. I went to the other bus operator with the same name where I came to know that both are different agencies. Didn’t get a call from the bus operator and
