Hi I had to travel form Delhi to Haldwani, so I booked the ticket online from Red Bus. In ticket there was time 8: 30 and the pick up place R.K.ashram. So I reached at 8: 15 after waited for almost 1 hour at 9: 30 the bus arrived, but the shocking part was when I entered into the bus, the seat which I had booked someone was already seated on that seat. So I asked conductor that this is my seat what should I do, So he offered me back seat as he was taking more money from that passenger. I lodged complaint against him online also.Service was very bad as conductor didn’t support me at all on seat exchange.The bus is good but the incident happened with me was so wrong.Bus was not on time and their is hassle everywhere when bus arrived.
