I have been booked two tickets Nov 18, 2016 from redbus.in .The amount is debited from my account and tickets are not booked.I called immediatly to customer care of redbus about this they said that debited amount will be credited by ourend in 7 working days.Now it is Dec 9, 2016(almost 1 month).still I didn’t receive any amount.I called this day also they simply gave other reference number and same story telling(the mount will be credited in 7 working days).
So please be careful while booking tickets, trusted sites preferred.
