One of the worst experiences ever weve had on an app booking.
We had a pickup and drop booked one month earlier for our all women get-together at an resort. We had paid the booking advance too.
After that Id spoken to them twice on the details like wed have the same no. of luggage so space needed, we need a good driver for an all women trip, if the driver has to be paid by cash or Gpay allowed etc etc....
Just a day before our trip, I got a call from the Redbus stating that their computer has mistakenly picked up a resort with similar name and ours was outside city limit.
As it was too close to our trip date I requesteda call from their sales person for change of station and was willing to pay for the difference (which was due to no fault of us)
They were very rude saying if we keep the booking they wouldnt send the bus...they actually said that!!!!!
And when we asked for a revision, they said the sales person will call but the call never came
Such an unprofessional, unethical, mannerless behavior from these people....
We had to resort for a non AC different travel booking as it was busy season and all AC vehicles were booked.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE
IF THERE IS ZERO STAR TOO THEY DONT DERSEVE THAT
PLS DONOT BOOK
My only regret was I didnt read the reviews before booking....
