Hi Folks
Last year we went to a family tour to Indore - Ujjain and much of near by places. My parents never want me to book anything online because they didn’t trusted this so good online resources but now they do just because of this lovely website .
So last year I saw a billboard advertisement of this website on a bus and just as an experiment I installed the app from google play store and trust me that was the golden application for me till now and I told my father that dad see this instead of going to a bookie/travel agents we can get the night service double deck buses just here that too at 50% of my father said go on try your luck. Then not just this we all the people in the bus had to pay for the meal in the bus except we people as we didn’t need to pay as the result of getting the tickets from Red Bus.
Service and support - I never needed to get to it as the app and website never lead to any problem

At last I just want to say that it will never happent that you pay and won’t get the ticket as it never happened to me
