We booked 4 tickets from manali to Delhi.The bus no was DL1PC 4364 which belongs to supreme travels.We were sitting in our respective seats as per our e-ticket.
The guy who came for tckt checking was so arrogant and asked us to change our seats.When we were not willing to do so he tried to pull out me from the seat.He was saying, that is his bus and he didn’t take any money from us .go and ask redbus.If u want to travel I will decide where you will sit.
Then we contacted redbus local helpline no.The guy who came from redbus was not even able to handle him.At last we adjusted our seat as fellow passengers were also suffering of this issue.we also realized that there is no use in arguing with a guy who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.so when you book the ticket with redbus remember that you are taking a risk.The bus staffs behaviour is like that we are travelling with free of cost.
